A skill marked "US-default" assumes general US commercial practice unless its jurisdiction or regulatory_regime input says otherwise — that is not a claim of review against every US state's law (NDA Review's own jurisdiction input description: "Defaults to general US commercial assumptions"). case-law-research also sits here and does not research non-U.S. jurisdictions.
